Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service role in Honolulu, HI. You will protect clients across commercial real estate, perform patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Background investigation conducted in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and report concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and shift communications.
