Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, spaces, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Monitor access to the property and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation with professional conduct.
