Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify entry per site procedures, and report concerns to management.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
