Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Zeeland, MI. You will monitor designated areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering professional customer service.

The role is full-time with daytime to evening shifts and requires basic computer/tablet use and alarm panel familiarity. Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies during production shifts.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entries to site management.
• Document patrols and incidents for timely communication to leadership.
