Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns and critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor/employee/contractor entry; report unauthorized access to management.
• Document patrol findings and incidents and communicate updates to site management.
