Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Access Control in Fort Wayne, IN. You will serve and safeguard clients across tech/media/telecom locations, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers $17.75 per hour pay, daytime schedules, and a focus on professional presence, incident response, and collaboration with teammates to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication experience is essential.
• Background checks are conducted as required by law.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Drug screening may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting any unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence and timely reporting of security-related concerns.
