Qualifications

• Customer service skills to interact with employees and visitors.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• Ability to respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• Background checks and drug screen as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site policies.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
