Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Response position in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, and delivering exceptional customer service across technology-focused client locations.

Responsibilities include documenting incidents, reporting findings, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and background checks; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and background checks may be required.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Valid driver's license if driving duties apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas and common spaces.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries and incidents per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and assist with response activities.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain logs while supporting a welcoming client environment.
