Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in the Winona area for overnight shifts. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff, quick hazard response, and adherence to client and Prosegur procedures.

You will perform patrols, report incidents, and communicate professionally with visitors and employees. Candidates should have HS diploma or GED, pass training, and a valid driver's license; English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass all required training.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Willingness to participate in screening (drug test and background).

The Security Professional is expected to have strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to various security situations. Schedule:

Sun - Mon: 12AM to 8 AM

Every Other Sat: 12AM to 8 AM

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by beingalerttoobserve, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand andcomply withProsegurand Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and havebasic tointermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)

Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
