Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security provider, seeks a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Risk Mitigation in Miami, FL. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, and respond to issues with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

You will conduct routine rounds, verify credentials, and document observations while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork. This full-time role includes a competitive hourly pay and dedicated shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and urgent situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, yurks, loading docks, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site requirements.
• Document incidents and patrol activity per company and client procedures.
