Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of property interiors, exteriors, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and notify site leadership as needed.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and activities.
• Adhere to site policies and privacy guidelines while monitoring access and activity.
