Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Miami, FL. The role involves unarmed security at an upscale retail and mixed-use environment, patrolling premises, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour. Shifts include Wed 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM; Fri, Sat, Sun 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and security-related incidents.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation.
