Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious behavior and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain logs and incident reports and communicate information with leadership and responders as needed.
