Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Situational Awareness in Miami, FL. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide excellent customer service, and report security-related concerns to leadership.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience and a high school diploma. A state license is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• State/city license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and families by security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, classrooms, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Document incidents and report to Allied Universal leadership.
