Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, including warehouses and loading docks.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting visitor traffic.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Complete accurate reports and report security concerns or violations to leadership.
