Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership.
