Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer - Logistics in Summerville, SC. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest services.
• Ability to operate a computer or tablet for procedures.
• Familiar with access control and badge procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers and vendors while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and access concerns calmly and escalate per site rules.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry according to policy.
• Document patrols and security activities accurately in reports.
