Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is hiring a security guard to observe and report activities at client sites, patrol premises, and enforce site rules. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

The position offers day shifts Tuesday through Saturday with pay up to $17.00 per hour, benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and life insurance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Class D Florida Security Guard License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to communicate in both spoken and written form.

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Tuesday to Saturday from 06:00 AM - 1400 PM

Pay Range

Up to USD $17.00/Hr.
