Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at an assigned client site, ensuring the safety of property and personnel.

The role involves standing for long periods and conducting regular patrols across shifts. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, a Florida Class D Security Guard license, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Class D Florida Security Guard License.
• Must be able to understand the English and Spanish language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Saturday, Sunday 0700-1500 & Monday-Tuesday 1500-2300 (32 HRS)

Pay Range

Up to USD $19.00/Hr.
