Job summary

Doyle Security Services is seeking a reliable security guard to observe and report activities at a client site, conduct periodic patrols, and enforce site regulations. The role requires standing through most shifts and a valid NYS Security Guard License.

You must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a clean driving record. Schedule includes Thursday and Friday 7AM–5PM and Saturday 7AM–3PM with pay up to $20/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Thursday & Friday 7AM-5PM, Saturday 7AM-3PM

Pay Range

Up to USD $20.00/Hr.
