Job summary

Doyle Security Services Inc. is seeking a qualified security guard to observe and report activities at a client site, ensuring the safety of property and personnel.

The position requires a Florida Class D license, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 15:00 to 23:00, with on-site duties and routine incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Florida Class D Security Guard License.
• Must understand and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Wednesday - Sunday from 1500-2300

Pay Range

Up to USD $19.00/Hr.
