Job summary

Doyle Security Services is seeking a vigilant security professional to observe and report on activities at an assigned client site, ensuring protection of property and personnel. The role includes periodic patrols and enforcing directives, with a requirement to stand for most of the workday.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a Florida Class D Security Guard license, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Class D Florida Security Guard License is required.

Responsibilities

• Report irregularities and inform violators of policy and procedures.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Up to USD $17.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required
• Class D Florida Security Guard License
• Must be able to understand the English and Spanis language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
