Job summary

Allied Universal, Denver-based security leader, seeks a Security Guard Corporate Facility to protect clients across industries. You’ll perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents with professional communication.

The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to site policies while supporting a safe environment. Position type is full time with a pay rate of $21.93 per hour and a schedule spanning Tue–Sat shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain professional communication with staff and guests.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
