Qualifications

• Armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience (≥1 year).
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in line with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, members, and visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and resolve them per escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the bank location including entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain reports and documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations.
