Job summary

Allied Universal, based in Fairfield, OH, is hiring a Security Guard (Full Time Unarmed) to protect clients and property at a financial services site. You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 1+ year security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a fixed daytime schedule. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policy, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
