Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.

• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check and drug screen as per law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the location, including interior, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns to site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports and maintain professional communication with staff and leadership.
