Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Certified) for SAN JOSE, CA. You will monitor the facility, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding professional standards.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $23.95 / Hour. Schedule includes day and night shifts at a financial institution location, with duties spanning patrols, reporting, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution by following site procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
