You will monitor the facility, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding professional standards.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $23.95 / Hour. Schedule includes day and night shifts at a financial institution location, with duties spanning patrols, reporting, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution by following site procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate with site contacts and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
