Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally per site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation; communicate information to the right personnel.
