Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant security professional to observe and report activities at a client site, patrol premises, and protect people and property on a 40-hour workweek from 7:00 to 15:00, Monday through Friday.

The role requires a Florida Class D Security Guard License, strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Pay is up to $22 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• FlFlorida Class D Security Guard License is required to perform duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
• Patrol premises and monitor surveillance equipment to secure property and personnel.
• Complete reports documenting observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 0700-1500 (40 HRS)

Pay Range

Up to USD $22.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required
• Class D Florida Security Guard License
• Must be able to understand the English and Spanis language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
