Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• State, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building entry procedures; document observations and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly per post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate with tenants, visitors, management, and Allied Universal leadership.
