Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate with tenants, management, and leadership.
