Job summary

Allied Universal, West Chester, OH, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Credential Control to monitor access points, manage badges and visitor access, and respond to alarm activity. The role involves daily patrols, exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming, secure environment.

The position is full time with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and daytime shifts. Duties include monitoring access control, maintaining records, and escalating incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Guard card or security-related license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor access control systems and verify credentials.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, controlled manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and entry points.
• Communicate incidents and policy violations to site leadership.
