Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access control, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and document activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of building areas and perimeters.
• Maintain logs and reports and communicate with property management and leadership.
