Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, parking, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access by validating credentials, logs, and visitor/contractor authorizations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports; assist with traffic and access-control needs.
