Allied Universal is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Officer in Graniteville, SC. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking lots, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/employee/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and report observations to leadership and management.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate security concerns to leadership.
