Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Guard for a property access post in Greenville, SC. You will monitor access points, conduct armed patrols, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service to personnel and visitors.

This full-time role requires an armed guard card or license, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of security-related experience. The position pays $22.00 per hour and offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Armed Guard Card or license required.
• Minimum of three years security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate according to post orders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, screen visitors and deliveries, and maintain incident logs.
