Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and enforce premises rules.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor logs and communicate arrivals to residents.
• Assist in protecting people and equipment per policies.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; detect suspicious activity.
• Patrol interior/exterior areas to identify risks.
• Return warnings for violations and enforce safety rules.
• Respond to distress calls and emergencies with local responders.
• Document and report safety, security, or policy concerns.
