Marksman Security LLC is actively hiring for a 2nd Shift — Unarmed Security Captain at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Missouri. The role offers $20.00 for Communications and $21.00 for Weekend Sergeant, with 40-hour weeks and rotating shifts.

The position requires leadership, compliance with SOPs, and strong customer service skills. Qualified candidates will be reasonably physically fit, able to stand/walk long periods, and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Minimum one year of customer service and security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report suspicious activity and follow procedures.
• Conduct interviews/hiring and training for new hires.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete incident reports.
• Supervise officers and manage daily security operations.
• Coordinate schedules, payroll, and supply needs.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as needed.
