Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift - Unarmed Security Captain for Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Missouri. You will lead security officers, enforce SOPs, coordinate incident reporting, and train new hires while maintaining compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional demeanor and appearance required
• Basic computer skills expected
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Pre-employment screening (background and drug) required
• Physical requirements including standing, walking, and climbing stairs as needed

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
• Observe and report all suspicious activity
• Follow Emergency Action and Communication Plans and SOPs for emergencies
• Maintain compliance with relevant security and trade requirements
• Completes incident reports as required
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings as requested by Security Management
• Conduct interviews/hiring
• Create training schedules for new hire officers
• Determine new hire and training requirements
• Ensure contracted hours of coverage are met
• Provide instruction and guidance for all officers
• Recruit, staff, and train in accordance with requirements
• Supervise Lieutenants and Sergeants and daily security operations
• Coordinate officer supply/uniform needs
• Coordinate and oversee VIP tour operations
• Oversee flag maintenance/replacement
• Coordinate fire system inspection/maintenance
• Coordinate security staff for monthly shop inspections
• Manage bag check schedules
• Manage lock and key control
• Lost and Found management
• Liaison with local law enforcement for tours/training
• Monitor weather alerts and communicate appropriately
• Provide security system training to officers
• Escalate issues to Site Manager promptly
