Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to be stationed at a site in Polkton, NC 28135.

Hours include 7a-3p Monday to Friday or 2p-10p, with on-call responsibility after hours to respond to alarms. Under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager, you will protect personnel and assets, observe and report disturbances, complete daily reports, conduct patrols, control access, and notify authorities during emergencies in accordance with post orders and the

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying shifts.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Protect the interests of the client within the facility and safeguard employees and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to the proper contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Report violations of company policy and laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.

Job description

The hours are 7a-3p Monday to Friday Must be on call for alarm response after hours.

The hours are 2pm to 10pm Monday thru Friday hours may vary depending on the situation.

This Position is located in Polkton. NC 28135.

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties:

• 1. Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
• 2. Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• 3. Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.
• 4. Complete patrols as required by post orders
• 5. Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• 6. Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
• 7. Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
