Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. is seeking a site-based security professional in Olathe, KS. You will work under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager to protect assets, personnel, customers and visitors.

Responsibilities include patrolling, access control, reporting, and emergency response per post orders; expect long hours standing and willingness to work extended hours; additional client-specific duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Protect the interests of the client within facility limits and safeguard lives and property of employees and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to proper contacts.
• Complete post orders patrols as required.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify proper authorities in emergencies per post orders.
• Report all violations of company policy and local/federal laws as stated in Employee Handbook.

Job description

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties

• 1. Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.
• 2. Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• 3. Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.
• 4. Complete patrols as required by post orders
• 5. Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• 6. Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.
• 7. Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
