Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. seeks a security officer responsible for protecting assets, personnel, customers and visitors at assigned sites, under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager.

You will protect client interests, observe and report disturbances, prepare daily reports, conduct patrols, control access, and notify authorities in emergencies per post orders.

This role requires long hours standing and willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long hours and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Protect the interests of the client within the facility and protect lives and property of employees and visitors.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to proper contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.
• Notify proper authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.
• Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.

Job description

Job Duties

1. Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.

2. Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

3. Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.

4. Complete patrols as required by post orders

5. Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.

6. Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.

7. Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
