Job summary

Master Security Company, LLC is seeking qualified security officers in Georgia (McDonough area) to protect client assets and personnel. The role requires meeting minimum criteria, including age, legal work status, high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, plus the 24 Training Certificate.

Responsibilities include daily activity logs, incident reporting, patrols, enforcing rules, punctuality in uniform, and professional interaction with the public.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Report to post on time in proper uniform.

Job description

We have established a set of criteria that our security officers must meet to ensure optimal service delivery and to enhance their chances of success during their tenure with us. The criteria include:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Legal work status in the US
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
• Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
• Must have an active 24 Training Certification.
• Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
• Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable)

DUTIES/WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your assigned post
• Document all incidents occurring during your assigned shift in a detailed incident report
• Conduct walking/vehicular patrols throughout your shift
• Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post
• Ability to interact and communicate with the public
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate emergencies effectively
• Ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues and respond appropriately
