Job summary

Master Security Company, LLC is seeking qualified security officers to protect assets, property, and personnel. Roles include walking/vehicular patrols, incident documentation, and enforcing customer rules with professionalism. Candidates must meet strict criteria, possess a valid MD driver’s license, MD Guard Card, and pass background/drug screenings.

Multiple shifts and full/part-time options are available. We offer medical, life, dental, vision insurance, and paid vacation/sick days/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to legally work in the US.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have reliable/working transportation (Public transportation will not be considered).
• Must have a cell phone to be contacted by Operations Supervisors.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions.
• Must be able to obtain MD Guard Card.
• Must be able to perform duties as stated in post orders, including standing/walking for extended periods or lifting.
• Must be familiar with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.).
• Must have a VALID full driver's license; public transportation will NOT be considered.

Responsibilities

• Keep a daily log of all activity during your assigned shift at your post.
• Document all incidents in a detailed incident report.
• Perform walking/vehicular patrols throughout your shift.
• Enforce customer rules professionally and courteously.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform to your assigned post.
• Interact and communicate with the public effectively.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Assess and respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately.

Job description
