Job summary

Master Security Company, LLC is seeking security officers to safeguard assets, property and personnel. Candidates must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the US, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a drug screening, and possess an active 24 Training Certification along with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include daily activity logs, incident reporting, patrols, enforcing rules, and maintaining punctuality in uniform.

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your post.
• Document all incidents in detailed incident reports.
• Conduct walking/vehicular patrols during your shift.
• Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner.
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your post.
• Interact and communicate effectively with the public.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
• Assess emergencies and respond appropriately.

Job description

We have established a set of criteria that our security officers must meet to ensure optimal service delivery and to enhance their chances of success during their tenure with us. The criteria include:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Legal work status in the US
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
• Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
• Must have an active 24 Training Certification.
• Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting
• Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
• Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable)

DUTIES/WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
