Job summary

Afognak Diversified Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation, seeks a part-time Unarmed Security Officer to support Airbus Helicopter in Kent, WA. Responsibilities include incident response, scene security, crowd control, and routine checks.

Requires 18+, HS diploma, English fluency, and familiarity with CCTV/access control systems. Eligible candidates must pass background checks, drug screen, physical and fitness tests, and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to Multi-task.
• Must be familiar with CCTV’s, access control, emergency notification systems, and mobile security applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Successfully pass a criminal history background investigation.
• Must Speak English fluently; read and comprehend written English.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent skill using G-Suites applications.
• Must be capable of learning new computer programs and applications.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment physical exam and drug screen.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a clean Driving Record.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with little supervision.
• Must be able to stand post for up to 4 hours without a break.
• Must have good timekeeping skills.
• Must maintain and complete all Afognak Diversified Services Inc training, practical or computer based.

Responsibilities

• Responding to calls/incidents, secure scenes, and perform crowd control as required.
• Safeguard and secure all scenes.
• Performs crowd control when needed.
• Performs personnel, vehicular, and building facility checks.
• First Aid and CPR as required.
• Completes all required reports, forms, and other procedures via electronic security applications.
• Operates patrol vehicle and may conduct flag protocols, safeguard assets, and escort persons/equipment as needed.
• Maintains uniform and grooming standards per company policy.
• Safeguards all assets, provides motorist assistance and escort as needed.
• Conducts other assignments per SOPs.

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Diversified Services, Inc. a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation has a great opportunity for a part-time Unarmed Security Officersupporting ourAirbus Helicopter customer located in Kent, WA

• Responding to a variety of calls/incidents, secures/safeguards specific scenes, perform crowd control as required.
• Safeguard and secures all scenes.
• Performs crowd control when needed.
• Performs personnel, vehicular, and building facility checks.
• First Aid and CPR as required.
• Completes all required reports, forms, and other established procedures via electronic security applications
• Operates patrol vehicle in a safe manner, may be required to conduct flag protocols, safeguards all assets, provides motorist assistance and escort persons and equipment as needed.
• Maintains uniform and grooming standards in accordance with company policies.
• Safeguards all assets, provides motorist assistance and escort persons and equipment as needed.
• Conducts other assignments in accordance with established SOP’s.

Payrate:$20.00 to $21.00 Hourly
