Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation may be required as a condition of employment.
• A drug screen may be required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors by enforcing access policies and responding to emergencies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals per site requirements.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document actions.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
