Strategic Security Corp. in Mesa, AZ is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard to maintain a visible security presence across government, corporate, retail, or commercial settings. The role emphasizes professionalism, situational awareness, and customer service while supporting safety and incident response.

Two shifts available: Sunday and Monday 1pm-11pm, and Friday and Saturday 1pm-11pm. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and valid state unarmed security license where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a State Unarmed Security Guard License, if required by state or local law.
• Verifiable work history with at least 1 year of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and random security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
• Identify and address safety hazards or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify law enforcement or emergency services as required.
• Assist with basic first aid and emergency notifications.
• Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity.
• Serve as a liaison with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly post area at all times.
