Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report suspicious behavior and hazards according to site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions in required reports and logs.
